- Only 7 kms from Postojna is one of the largest equestrian centres in Slovenia. Situated at Castle Prestranek, a wonderful location within 300 hectares of fields and forests, on offer are a variety of horse activities including lessons, riding, camps and therapy, using their Icelandic horses.

- Cave trekking is another exciting adventure to be had, also in the area of Postojna where you can trek through the caves systems, beyond the typical tourist routes and do a deep exploration of the Postojna and Predjama cave systems.
