We are a group of travel enthusiasts, bloggers, and experts who’ve come together to celebrate those organizations that are excelling in the field of travel and hospitality. Our panel of judges works independently and they choose the best hotels, tour operators, and other organizations that are doing well in the industry as winners of the prestigious award.
Our process is designed so that the winners are recognised based on merit with a fair and transparent judging process. Our travel experts, along with a panel of trusted judges, have travelled the globe in order to introduce our readers to the best hotels, spas, restaurants, tour operators, and travel tech companies.
Currently, we carry out ten programmes picking the best in each continent, Asia, Americas, Europe, and Australasia. Our process is carried out entirely online and is not bogged down by expensive events or prohibitive entry fees. Each year, we have over 40,000 nominations across 40 categories.
The awards are conducted without the need for frivolous ceremonies where you’d be invited to a social event with the condition of spending a large sum on a table or seat. We generate our income from a percentage of winners that are interested in purchasing decorative items such as trophies, certificates, or wall plaques to commemorate their win and display for customers. Additionally, we help provide our winners with promotional opportunities through our publications and partners. These are optional and not a condition of winning.

To be nominated for the Travel & Hospitality Awards, companies can be entered by self-nomination, customers, travel agents, or tour operators. To do so please visit the nomination page on our website.
Once nominations are closed, the nominees are requested to formally accept the invitation to participate and begin the qualification phase of the awards. This includes a short survey to gather information and pictures to determine the most suitable category. This will include links to feedback from guests and images to help our judges review the candidates too.
Official nominees will automatically be invited to register in the following year’s award season at a preferential rate too.
Our process is carried out entirely online. We do not organize any award ceremonies that can lead to an increase in expenses for the winners.
We believe that the travel industry is booming and while online reviews are great, it always helps to have some recognition from a credible, third-party source. Additionally, as travel lovers, we wish to recognize those organizations that are shaping the industry and showcase them to our 85,000 strong readership. Our goal is to provide the very best tips on travel to our discerning readers too. This way, we intend to bring out the best in the travel industry and highlight it for the world to see

Information gather for judges considerations
Questionnaires will be will be made available to judges along with any other information gathered from review sites, social media and relevant web pages. A follow up nomination call may also be required
Judging process and Winners contact
Judges will deliberate, up to 10 companies can compete for any given category and all winners are considered for any categories they’ve ticked on the nomination form. All winners will be contacted directly and will need to accept their award win. Failure to adequately accept may result in the award being passed onto the runner up
