Originally established in 2000 QC’s Seafood Restaurant has won many prestigious awards, in 2008 Kate brought her sense of style and experience in hospitality to Quinlan & Cooke Boutique Townhouse, with the addition of 11 delightful quirky rooms.
Guests at Quinlan & Cooke Boutique Townhouse can expect superlatively designed accommodation where they have comfort of stay and privacy. This isn’t like a hotel stay. A great balance, we think. Beautifully appointed and exquisitely designed bedrooms include ultra modern furnishings and contemporary materials, lots of natural light, rain showers and roll top baths, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a well equipped gym and complimentary car park.
The house has a comfy resident’s lounge with large corner wood burning stove, and private outside Courtyard with touches of Mediterranean colour from a myriad of painted tiles on the floor. Rest and relaxation is key – that much deserved lie in with breakfast in bed is a probability. Quinlan & Cooke Boutique Townhouse is an ideal place if you really want to make the most of the area. Don’t miss dinner in QC’s Seafood Restaurant where fish and shellfish fresh from Kate Cooke’s’ family’s boats is the house speciality.
