With a true passion to find the best ingredients in their purest form and assemble them to create a delectable experience! Both traditional and daring, her chocolates explore many harmonies of flavors. The chocolate maker has nearly ten years of experience and a solid background at the Chocolate Learning Academy in St-Jérôme. She is also established at Jean-Talon markets, while also running her own workshops.
You will find Joane L’Heureux Chocolats in the Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie area. It has one of Canada’s most prominent Italian communities, with Little Italy concentrated along the convivial bends of Saint-Lawrence Boulevard. Known for its fantastic bars and authentic Italian fare, the domain includes the Jean-Talon Market, the largest public market in North America and of course, Joane L’Heureux Chocolats.
Whichever your preference for chocolate you will find something here you like, from caramel to ganache whichever you choose will be delicious, succulent and very moreish! This quaint little shop is everything a chocaholic could every wish to be, as soon as you step through the door, you are welcomed with that alluring chocolatey smell and with so many choices you are truly spoilt for choice.
