In total there are 17 wineries today, and there are some excellent tours available that will take you to a selection of these. Each estate offers their own wine tasting tours, with experts on hand to provide tasting advice, so take your own notes and decide what your preference is and maybe buy a few bottles of your favourite wines to take home with you.
