This year has been an extremely challenging for the travel industry. We as an awards body recognise that providing outstanding service is now second to customers safety and minimising the spread of contagions.

 We have designed a safety pledge for those who uphold paractises which reduce the risk of COVID-19 spreading. Showing customers that their safety while in your hospitality is paramount. Those that adhere to scientific guidelines and the advise of goverment can display a badge to reassure customers of their commitment to their safety.
