Accommodation options are plentiful, the resort is home to 42 cabins and bungalows that come in a variety of options. The studio rooms are cosy, and perfect just to have a foot in nature and explore the surroundings. Cottages and small bungalows are ideal for individuals or couples a request for a hide-a-bed can be done with the latter.
Bigger groups may want to opt for either a family cottage; ideal for two adults, two children, or a two-bedroom bungalow; which allows for more privacy, houses up to 6 people, and offers a fully-equipped kitchen.
Our pick of the bunch is the carriage house, a unique open space bungalow that carries all the allure and tradition of the area, perfect for a romantic getaway.
All rooms come with a private entrance, high-quality toiletries, tea & coffee makers, dining table, fridge, TV, DVD player, and HDMI cables. On-location you’ll find much to do.
The bistro serves delicious locally sourced dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Market Café is the perfect place to collect some souvenirs and gifts, and to treat yourself to excellent coffee, authentic milkshakes, soft serves, snacks, and baked goods. You’ll find an outdoor patio with a barbecue area, a tennis court, and several nearby hiking & cycling trails.
The lodge is located on the trailhead of the historic Johnston Canyon which boasts over 7 cascading glacial waterfalls experienced from a series of suspended canyon catwalks, bridges, and caves. On a final note, it’s very much worth mentioning that the resort is pet-friendly, and of course, there are a few house rules to follow. Your pets especially dogs will be in for a wonderful experience
